Time for baby number two!
We are very pleased to announce that Kerry is pregnant with our second child! Bethya will have a little brother or sister around about the end of September. Kerry is about fourteen weeks pregnant now and news has started to filter out to friends but given that the website is now bloggable (!), it is more than about time that we got the news out there to our friends further afield.
So far, all is well. Kerry has been very tired but avoided morning sickness (as per Bethya) and the scan that we had at 12 weeks was normal and baby looked healthy and well to those in the know about such things.
It is definitely just the one. As people on Kerry’s side of the family will know, twins are something of a frequent occurrence in the Stern clan but the sonographer was able to confirm that there is only one in there so we can breathe a bit easier on that front.
Obviously we are really excited and pleased by the news although having two is looking like all sorts of changes might be afoot for us. Can we all fit in the house, the car, the buggy, the highchair etc.
